Business As Usual-ish

First things first: I hope and pray that you and your loved ones are all doing well and in good health.

With everything on the news about the Coronavirus, I’ve had a lot of people asking me if I’m still working or not.

Yes, I’m still actively working with clients who want and need to buy or sell real estate.

For the most part, it’s business as usual-ish. The “ish” being that I’m certainly approaching my interactions and daily travels with more thought and care than usual:

  • Doing as much as we can do remotely and without meeting in person. We're lucky enough to live in a time where there's so much we can do remotely with all the tools available to us.
  • Face to face meetings as brief as possible, and ONLY when necessary.
  • I keep the recommended distance between myself and others when we do meet in person.
  • And of course, no hugs, high fives, or handshakes with my clients when we get their house sold or they close on the house of their dreams. (You’ll have to take a rain check for those.)

Of course, if things change, I’ll let you know. But for now, it’s more or less business as usual.

...So whether you’re currently in the middle of buying or selling a house with me, or need to figure out how (or whether) to buy or sell during this timeframe, just reach out and we’ll figure out the best way to handle everything as safely and conscientiously as possible.

Stay well my friends!
